AA Service and Repair- North Florida AC

I love this Company! Today Tech Alex Hand fixed my AC. He was so knowledgeable, professional and polite. He went above and beyond; he is a fine representative of this local company. They always do a good job. I fully recommend AA Service and Repair-North Florida AC. They care!

We recently had a new replacement AC unit installed by AA Service and Repair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the crew — Jacob and Alex — demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness. They were clearly dedicated and proud of their work, taking the time to ensure everything was done with care. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and patiently, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their efficiency and the overall quality of the service provided. I did a lot of research and met with numerous contractors before deciding to go with Double A. Everyone in their organization -- from the owners to the installation teams -- is absolutely superb. Their professionalism and follow-up is unmatched. I always felt like they had my family’s best interest in mind. They have my highest recommendation!

I DO NOT recommend using these guys unless you independently wealthy and don't mind being waaaay over charged for parts and services. We unfortunately called them and were charged over 300 dollars just for them to come out. They did say that it would be applied to any parts and services though. I thought ok something is definitely wrong with our ac so I was OK at first. When the guy showed up he complained that our unit was 11 years old and should be replaced. I said not possible yet for financial reasons so he continues inspection. Our capacitor was bad and we were low on coolant. To replace the capacitor was an additional 300 plus dollars on top of the service call fee. Then I was told it would cost over 600 to search for the leak and another 1000 to put coolant in the system. I stopped at the capacitor and sent them on their way. I called another ac company they came out fixed the leak and charged the system for 290. I also found out I was charged by AA over 600 for a capacitor that runs for 15 bucks on Amazon. Never have I been so fleeced by anyone. Be ware and get estimates on service fee's, parts,and labor before calling anyone. Definitely will never have anything to do with AA ever again.

I would not suggest using this company for a/c services. Although Jacob made quick work replacing the $50 start capacitor the final bill is outrageous. I know I paid for convenience but I will say stay away due to the cost of that overcharge.
