This is a great local company. Amy and the crew are super helpful and take time to make sure you are taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Other places we have used, over charged us or always try to upsell us. This company is honest and trustworthy.

Excellent service, office staff got us on schedule quickly and our technician Amy was very prompt and showed up on time!!! Tech got us back and running very quickly and we are so grateful!!! These folks will be my go to from now on!!! ⭐️ 10 stars ⭐️

I have been a customer of this company after my last AC Company went out of business. I have had their twice a year maintenance plan and it has been very effective. My 15yo AC system was fried during a random power surge recently that took out all of the electronics and the blower motor. Rather than try to fix it and wait for parts Iand deal with other future unforseen repairs I decided it was in our best interest to just replace the whole system. The company showed up early in force with all hands on deck prior to the 0730 scheduled time. They hit the ground running and my new system was completely operational at 1130 which was actually 30 minutes earlier than promised. I am hoping that I can go another 15 -20 years without having to replace the dang thing again. Very Happy with the service/replacement provided! Highly recommended.

We had the technician come out on 7/10 for a preventative maintenance check on our unit. On 7/23 our ac unit pipe started leaking. We called the company on a Sunday and since they were closed we left a voicemail. My husband had to get a shopvac and fix the issue himself, something that we paid the company to do in order to avoid this issue. In our receipt it even stated "drainage done to pipe". You would imagine we wouldn't have the issue only 13 days after they came out for the preventative care. I contacted the owner the next day (they didn’t return my husbands voicemail) and she said that the AC produces 2 gallons a day and its natural and some houses need it done every week. So every time our AC drainage leaks, we should call you? Then she stated that we need to use a shopvac for it. What if a shopvac was not in our disposition? What am I paying the company to do? She then stated it was a plumbing issue not an AC issue. After listening to her excuses that did not make reasonable sense, I had to be the professional one and ask for the conversation to end since it was just going in circles and I kept finding loops in her excuses for the crap job. I asked for a refund because the most simplest job on preventative care was not even done. She did offer to come out and complete the job. Told her we already fixed the issue ourselves and we did not trust their judgement along with her professionalism. I did ask for a refund. That's when the owner became defensive. She stated she reviews the technicians work, however when she was not even present in person to review it. No thanks. After reviewing the other negative reviews it sounds like this is a normal trend for the owner Amy to act this way. We will never work with this company again. Telling the customers false statements as to why issues were occuring, not taking accountability, not listening to her customers concerns, and then becoming defensive. Where did the professionalism go with this company? Update: We did receive a refund, now leaving this review for the lack of service and professionalism.

I hope the service you’re needing from them isn’t emergent because they seem incapable and unwilling to deal with emergent issues. Our AC went out just ahead of the hottest weekend of the year and they made us wait all weekend before coming out. They told us they would be at our house 9:30-12 Monday morning. They showed up at 9, but nobody was home. I was on my way home and would arrive in the next 5 minutes. They left, argued with me and my husband about what time they said they’d be here and refused to come back. Very unprofessional and rude, not to mention not holding up to their advertisement on their website about being available for emergencies.
