Highly recommend. Great company, super fast response, reasonable prices and knowledgeable. My air conditioning was not working correctly. The house would be 78-80 degrees even though it never shut off. Called Air Advice for a second opinion after another company told me I had to pay $10,000 to replace my A/C. Air Advice came out the next day and diagnosed something that the other company missed. The technician took the time to accurately diagnose it, explain everything to me and fixed it on the spot saving me thousands of dollars. Now the A/C works as it should and keeps the house cool.

Have been using Air Advice for a little over a year to service our two HVAC units. They have been amazing. Kenneth came out today - spent around 5 hours fixing another issue after our last one two months ago - then told me it was covered under warranty. Words I’ve never heard spoken before. What was honestly a 30 day warranty they honored on day 50+. A thousand dollar job covered. I’ve never had such great customer service. Thank you guys so much for keeping us cool.

Our AC was blowing hot air and I called on a Saturday morning they came out the same day. They were able to fix everything quickly and Ken was very friendly and explained things very thoroughly. I will definitely recommend this company.

Customer service was very good, the company was very responsive to my request, and the service was performed very quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable and showed me several small things I could do for maintenance on my own. And as an unexpected bonus, he identified black widow nests on my front door. Hidden behind them was a huge female. Thank you on behalf of my wallet AND my family's safety!! I won't be going to anyone else in the future.
