I cannot say enough great things about James and his team at Air Excel Heating and Cooling! My mother-in-law was about to get taken advantage of by another company (who quoted her an outrageous $20,000 to replace her condenser and air handler). Thankfully, I called James at 7:00 PM, and he immediately took the time to listen, assess the situation, and offer a fair solution. By the very next day, James and his crew had the new Rheem system installed, at about HALF the price of the other quote. They were professional, clean, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. It’s rare to find a company with this level of honesty, responsiveness, and quality workmanship. Duane gave me a great price, and the service from Adam and Justin was top notch of the replacement of my air conditioner (package unit w/ heater) along with the supply and return ducts under the house. This included a new concrete pad, thermostat and haul off the of the old unit, all done in less than 4 hours. Duane and Air Excel will always be my first call.

Duane was awesome he explained everything pretty well for us. He was very quick in doing the diagnose. Definitely recommend him. We will have him coming back out to fix the heater!

Adam came over and listened to my concerns. He quickly went to work while being very polite. Gave me a great estimate. We have 3 ACs which 2 were not working right and he got the other 2 working 100 percent. Also gave me information on how to maintain them. Want to give a BIG shout out to Adam and the team members of Air Excel !!!
