I was extremely impressed with the service provided Michael M from All American Air by Steve Champman STELLA SERVICE all around. His professional, courteous and keeping work space clean; organized and front start to finish. Michael M definitely know and care about his work , he even tough up some black paint on my faded grill top cover to my pool heater. Wow 5 STARS PLUS STELLA SERVICE. We are so thankful for such prompt and efficient service installing a new HVAC system today before the coming frigid weekend. Our techs were Christian and Yeven. They were quick and thorough. They were also helpful explaining the new thermostat. We have had a service contract for several years & have always been happy with that service. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable company to call.

I have a maintenance contract with All American Air for 10+ years. Today, my a/c was serviced by a technician named, Justin. He was an amazing representative for this company.Justin was friendly, thorough and was focused on our satisfaction. I have had many techs in my day, but he is clearly an outstanding tech. He reset my a/c keyboard at my request and was the first tech who knew how to do it! Give this man a raise and use him as a trainer for your other techs.

Justin, We're very grateful of your preventative maintenance performance that you professionally orchestrated this morning at our residence! You are an excellent example of a quality representative of Steve Chapman's ALL AMERICAN AIR (AAA) corporation. You are the reason for our relationship and renewal of our service contract with AAA. I wrote this testimony to let your organization know how great of a job you're doing, and mainly to express our appreciation of being valued customers of AAA. That said... Terrible company. Sold me on a yearly subscription when we were in a crisis. I agreed to service, but they did not come or call the entire year. When I received my bill for the next year I called to ask why I never received service. They came out the following day. Three weeks later, I had serious mold growing due to HVAC issues. Called back out to check it out. Was charged an additional $300 but the tech showed me on the paperwork that their service is guaranteed for a year and recommended that I don’t sign. He said the company had changed since old man Chapman was no longer running the business. The new person in charge is all about the money, where Steve was all about his reputation. Called out again 2 days later because the issue was still happening. Tech blamed everyone except their company or the HVAC. He was eventually unprofessional and yelled at my wife. After 2 hours of tinkering he said it must be the valve- received a quote for $979 to fix this part(which is under warranty). At this point I did not trust the service or company for that matter. Called another company who fixed my HVAC unit- which was not the $979 valve that Steve Chapman wanted to charge me for. He said the valve has no issues but the fan motor needed replacing. My AC works great now. I asked Steve Chapman for a refund- they have not granted. They charged me for the bill I refused to sign. Do not get ripped off like I did. I hope this complaint helps someone from going to the same path I did. Ac designs is a much better and reliable company. Professional and experienced/trained well.
