Used them today and 6 years ago to fix my heat pump. Also used for bi-yearly maintenance on heat pump. A+. Let me pay $200 of my $650 bill the next day when my wife got paid. Who does that in 2022. Great tech and company. Now my animals will be cool again. Thank you.

Ignore the good reviews 2023 and before. I have used this company many times over the last 10 years. (Didn’t know it had been sold to Yeti in 2023) I called them out for a service on a unit they installed, the tech identified the problem, did some kind of bypass then after several months of terrible follow up claiming the part took that long, finally got a commitment to return (saying the part was in) they missed the time window with no call or response to text. The next day I get a text from an unknown number saying the part will be in tomorrow, when can I come by. Irritated I give a time. Tech shows up gets the old part leaves to get the new part and returns. After 3 hours some YouTube and a few phone calls later. He gets the system running and wants $750. By the way, the unit was under warranty and the part was free. Highway robbery by a company that doesn’t know what they are doing. Last, they wanted me to make the check to Yeti. I would not. That’s not who I called.

We have an HVAC system that is four years old and had some problems on 2/1 with the air cooling. Someone did come out the following Monday and determined it was a bad defrost board. They were able to wire it in a way to make the system work while we waited for the part, which is nice, but never to be taken as the permanent solution. We have followed up numerous times (5x) and we keep being told someone will be out the following week to replace the part. Then no one shows up. It is now 4/11 and we still don’t have the bad part replaced.

We were in contact with All Care Services with a a/c problem. I spoke to a wonderfully helpful & informative young lady named Kendal. I explained to her my problem & she immediately set up a ultra responsive time & date to send a tech to our home. The tech (John) arrived the next day. After an extreme/thorough check out of or system found we needed a new compressor to get our a/c up and running again. He then called his office to report his findings & needs. All Care got the part in no time at all. They then sent tech (John) back to my house to install & set up my a/c unit without any issues. The next day I had the pleasure of speaking with Customer Service Rep Heather. She too was Extremely kind, helpful & knowledgeable! I “STRONGLY RECOMMEND” ALL CARE SERVICES FOR “ANY HVAC NEEDS! All Care Services is Heads & Shoulders above its so called competitors !!!!!!!!!!!

The AC repair guy came out due to my AC kept running and wouldn’t shut off. He stated it’s because the heating element needed to be replaced and it will be $475.00 for parts and labor. He had to order the part/s. He finally came back out after a few weeks, then stated the thermostat wires were corroded, because the AC still wasn’t working properly. He charged an additional $115.00 to rewire the cables (not replace). Well the AC worked less than a week. Call the AllCare back and said my AC stopped working again. The lady that answered phone said she’ll contact the same repair guy to come back out. The repair guy called back and said I don’t know why she told you I’ll be back out. There’s nothing else I can do. I rigged the thermostat wires to save you money (never asked him to rig it). Called the company back told what the repair guy said. She said she was going to call him and call me back. She never called back. Called a different AC company to look at the unit. They advised the compressor was the issue and to call whoever installed it because it should still be under warranty. I contacted the company who installed it and he also said it was the compressor and it was still ill under warranty. Told AllCare this said she said she’ll have the manager call me back. This all happened around Thanksgiving. Kept calling back to speak with the manager, he never came to the phone nor did I ever get a call back. AllCare took my money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
