Incredibly fast service. Professional and friendly. We called with a thermostat issue and never expected a same day appointment, but we got one! I assumed they'd have to run diagnostics and then come back to fix it at a later date. Nope! The gentleman fixed the situation right then and there! He was in and out in less than an hour. So grateful to have been recommended this company. They're honest, and fair priced. Highly recommend them! I won't go anywhere else.

We signed up for one year maintenance. Our technician called to ask if he could come earlier, we were happy to free up our afternoon. TJ arrived exactly when he said he would. He was personable, answered our questions and even greeted our dog. He was in and out quickly and covered his shoes before entering our home.

ATEC Air has always been a very professional business. Service is always thorough and, top notch especially when the homeowner continues maintenance throughout the year. If you do have more of a service issue they try to accommodate and properly diagnose the cause of your issue versus simply guessing on what the issue and replacing the whole system. I believe in their work model as it is evident by their service tech JT. He has always been courteous , friendly and informative. He doesn’t take short cuts to simply get the job done and that I appreciate as a homeowner. I know when my annual checkups arise the system will be completely and accuratley maintained and will continue to operate as it has for the past 10 years. Thanks for helping me to extend the life of my ac system. 🙂

A big thank you to Brian. He explained our old, working air conditioner and the new ones very professionally and clearly. Now we have more information and something to think about.A few days later, we decided to replace our old air conditioner with a new one. We couldn't refuse such a great offer, and we have no regrets. Thank you to the entire team for their excellent, professional work! The new air conditioner works very well, and we are very happy. My eldest child AKA my 81 year old dad called this morning because he was having heating issues in Florida . I received a text that the a appointment had been scheduled and that Matt would be there between 12-2. I immediately called my eldest child AKA as my dad because I had no idea what this appointment was about . My dad informed me that he knew I was out of the country and took it upon himself to call the number on the AC. I didn’t know if I should cry bc my eldest child was becoming independent without me . I told my dad that I was proud of him and asked him and asked what the problem was . Apparently it had dropped below 70° in Florida and his heat wasn’t working to his standard . I told him to call me once the technician arrived. In true eldest child form my dad didn’t call me but in true eldest daughter form I received a motion alert on his camera and called him . Matt walked in like the champ that he is and saved the day !!!! Fixed the problem and changed the filter in 5 minutes and called me On speaker phone to let me know everything was good and my dad and his best friend ( 40lb Chihuahua )are all set . He was amazing and so pleasant and made my dad feel like a Rockstar and so independent for handling this situation all by himself . I can’t thank Atec Air enough for such wonderful customer service
