I highly recommend Bert’s Auto Air! He was able to take my car in the day I called and had the air repaired quickly and for a very fair price. He was kind and courteous and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Bert is the epitome of an honest, hard-working, and thoughtful small business owner. I am happy to send my friends and family to him, and he will be my go-to local business for any future car air conditioning needs.

I just moved to Jacksonville and luckily Bert was recommended to me by a coworker. I am so grateful I found him! He fixed my car issues immediately, and went above and beyond To provide superb customer service. Very fair price and honest- a trait you don’t often find in the car industry. THANK YOU BERT!

I did not know about this place until I read the reviews and thought I would stop in due to a non cooling issue in my truck. I am certainly glad I did! Bert is excellent!!! He is very reasonable and professional and even lets you hang out and talk while he is working. I stopped by middle of the afternoon and he gave me diagnosis and told me I could come in the next morning at 7:00 AM for the repair. I was in and out in less than 3 hours for a new condenser. I would highly recommend!!!

If someone is rude on the phone, you should probably not give them the benefit of the doubt. But I had went to Mr. Bert twice in years past and he was amazing! I sent anyone who would listen to me to him! This guy is NOT him! And he works very differently! I thought it was my compressor. He said, “We can take a look.” $175 later—“yup… it’s your compressor.” Then quoted me something, I couldn’t afford, to fix it. “I’ll take $100 off the quote if you’ll use me.” I understand the lights have to stay on. But this is not at all how the real Mr Bert did business. Ever. I should’ve known immediately that it was under new management with the phone call alone. Shame on me. Shame on “the new Bert”. Also, if I sign something saying 175, I don’t expect to see 180.25 on my credit card statement.

This is not the same owner as Bert’s Auto Air. The guy who owns it now told me he was the son of Bert the original owner. He is not. He clearly does not know what he is doing and guesses on what could be an issue with your AC unit while charging you for parts that don’t even need to be replaced. I almost walked away when he lied about being the son of the original owner and wish I would have. Now my AC still isn’t fixed and I have been overcharged twice for absolutely nothing. The second time was the last straw. My vehicle still wasn’t fixed and the 3 employees he has working for him were all in the office smoking weed while I was paying. So if you want to give your money away and get nothing in return but a contact high then this is the place to go. If you don’t want any of that then I would suggest you find another place to do business with. Google should start the reviews from the original business over since there is a new owner and new name to the company because all of the positive reviews are not for the company there now.
