I can not say enough positive about this company! And our experience with them in particular the young man who put our pump in. He was amazing polight and hard working. From day he installed the pump to yesterday as he had to come back and fix a minor problem im sure due to land around house with weather. He was absolutely the best I so wish I remembered his name to give him props for his service in particular... but this plumbing service and or company is quality and 💯 Absolutely amazing A to Z start to finish & with call backs ... recommend 💯 Thanks The Futch & Owens Families

Jason did a great job replacing my well pressure tank. Knowledgeable, courteous, true professional. They supplied a Mainline tank which has a 5-year manufacturers warranty. Quality tank but pricey; $819 installed. You might save a few $$$ by supplying an HD/Lowes tank (1-year warranty.) Jason also gave me some insight as to the future of my 26-year-old well. Not pushy – just good advice. Highly recommend.

I have used Burt Norman’s plumbing since 2018 - fortunately not for any major catastrophe! They have always given great service. Elvis was my most recent plumber. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He corrected the issues and provided additional information about my new tankless water heater. Outstanding service. He was extremely courteous and did a great job on the complex issue. He finished in a reasonable time and explained everything that he did. Our Hot Water heater started leaking badly on Friday evening at 4:55 PM. ! called Bert Norman's Plumbing and actually got a really nice person answering the phone. She said she would call me back in 5 minutes, which she did. She said a Tech was on his way. Elvis arrived within 15 minutes, started draining the old heater. Left to get the new heater, by 7:30, we had the new heater, and hot water again. a really great experience.
