Comfort Aire has been caring for/ servicing my HVAC since I moved to Palm Coast several years ago. I am so glad that I found them, and with this kind of service, I will be a forever customer. From the very first time the representatives came to my home I knew I had the right company, and over the years they have been consistent in providing the same excellent service, while demonstrating professionalism, patience and a caring attitude I can call Lisa at anytime with any question or concern. She is readily available and offers practical suggestions and any needed support. Robert is never too busy to educate or answer questions during service. He explains what he is doing and helps you understand the operation of your system. Not only that, Lisa calls to make sure you're satisfied with the service peeformed and, other times just randomly calls to make sure you're doing alright. These guys make you feel like you're actually being taken care of by family. Just a wonderful company! Really appreciate their integrity.
