Julian & Laurence (technicians) arrived on time, were very professional while removing old unit and installing new unit. They answered all questions. Outstanding service by all.

Every member of their team, from the ownership to the sales people and the technicians to the staff in the office is has been professional. they quickly and thoroughly answered any questions I had throughout the entire process. I worked with Josh Conway to purchase a new HVAC system for our townhouse. Josh was able to answer all of our questions and even threw in an option if we would be able to install the unit the same week. Our installers knew what they were doing and worked all day with only a short break for lunch. They cleaned everything up and the system worked fine when they left. The communications were excellent.

Enjoyed working with them - good price, prompt service, great communicators. They helped me choose the right equipment and were great at arranging the Heat pump/ AC system replacement with our tenants. Took care of permits. Good warranty. Will use them for service of system for years to come.

Paid over 10k for a new system 2 years ago. They came out and did routine service and the less than a year it stopped cooling efficiently. It was supposed to save money in my electric bill, it did not. Called them a more than a few times to come out and look at it bc it wasn’t cooling very well. They told me nothing was wrong and to move my air filter away from my thermostat. Dealt with the hefty electric and continued to run the ac… Now winter is brutally cold and the heat isn’t working right. I didn’t continue to pay money for a labor warranty with them bc of the unanswered problems, so they charge $125 to come out for diagnostic. So, we went with another company and they found wiring from installation was wrong, and two parts need to be replaced for the system. Less than 2.5 years and it’s been nothing but issues but they won’t help unless you give them more money with a service plan. Really disappointed.
