I recently had Ray come out to service my AC unit and had an excellent experience. He took plenty of detailed photos and walked me through everything he found, clearly explaining what needed to be fixed and why. Ray was very thorough, professional, and friendly the entire time. I really appreciate the care he took with my system and I look forward to having him return to complete the recommended repairs. Highly recommend Ray for any AC service needs!

I am very pleased withnthe level of knowledge and care Darin Jones and his colleague demonstrated. I will definitely recommend this company. I will use them for the other services they offer as well due to the thorough ac service we received on today's visit.

Kwame was wonderful. He helped me figure out our AC service needs after he found bacteria growth in the filter and AC unit. He was kind, helpful and considerate. I felt like he really cared about us getting quality service and the best maintenance for our units.

Let me start this review is solely based on the install of my unit. The salesman Kyle was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. However the install team was a different story. Started at 930 in the morning. Left around 1230/1 and the unit was blowing cold air instead of heat. Called and had another tech dispatched who stated the install team did not wire it correct so another installer would be out to fix it. Later on another guy arrived and was able to get it going but had to miss and entire day of work due to the incompetence of the first install team. They also did not clean up after they finished the install. For the amount of $ that was spend on a new unit you would expect that it worked right away.

Update: what started as a great service experience is going south pretty quickly. Everything was explained but the end result of getting the service completed is still being delayed and followup calls have been made by myself with no results still after almost a month. Tried to get me to pay for labor before even doing the work, parts never ordered when they should have been, and then day of service, got a call after the window of time that the service was to be done (they never showed up) that they ordered the wrong part (they couldn't figure that out prior to?) and now no idea when they expect the parts. This is just crazy! Had a technician, Wesley L., come out today to check our system since it stopped cooling and heating. It took him no time to diagnose the issue and provide 1. an immediate temp solution to provide us with heat/air and 2. provide estimate for correcting the issue. Also explained everything is simple terms so I could understand what was happening and what needed to be done. Was professional, polite, and provided great customer service. Thx
