Caleb came and assessed the condition of our A/C. While another company told us that we needed a new A/C unit, Caleb spent time examining our system with gauges and other equipment. He said that our unit has had a nice long life but it was still functioning well and still had life in it. He did not try to sell a new unit to us. I appreciate that kind of honesty and wish more HVAC people were like that. When the time comes, Caleb has a new customer. Thank you, Caleb!
