Did a complete system replacement, the install was absolutely 💯, clean and fast. I would highly recommend these guys. I plan to switch and use them for my maintenance moving forward.

We bought an AC unit from them. Good quality for an affordable price. They also have an outstanding warranty on their products. We had a wire burn out that caused our compressor not to turn on. They came out and fixed it for free, no hassle. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

I recently had a leaking coil in my air handler which was very obvious where it was leaking from. The air handler was still under warranty but I was not sure that I had registered for the warranty. Turns out I did still have a parts warranty, but the big companies still wanted to sell me on a new system for well over $10,000. The ones that would talk to me about a repair instead of a replacement wanted way more than Fahrenheit A/C ultimately did the job for because they wanted to steer me to a new system. Sergey came out, looked at the obvious leak, went to get the part, came back, installed it perfectly and charged me one price for the job. They didn't say I needed to pay them to do a full diagnostic charge first and then pay for the repair labor. Very satisfied!

The Fahrenheit Heating & Air company did a very high quality job for me. They advised us to install an Allied (Concord) made by Lennox air conditioner. I'm very pleased with how it works. Quietly and the house became comfortable. Quickly provides cold and heat if needed. Very satisfied! Thank you for your honesty and your service, which I rate at 5 stars!

I chose Illya since he had done work for my family previously. He was quick to offer solutions and accurate quotes. When the associates came out to install my new units, they did not take time to optimize air flow for the indoor air handler. There is a 7" wide, 4" thick obstruction under the filter (which led to a lot of disagreement on placement of the unit). He said he would take off the cost of a metal stand since it was not being used, but that did not resolve the obstruction underneath. I noticed that when they installed my outdoor unit, the lightweight pad underneath wobbled with a gust of wind. I asked of Illya that he communicate to level the ground underneath the pad. He insisted they would, and said everything would be done in the best way. When his associates returned, one of them dug a foot down into my yard and used the dirt to pack around the outside of the pad. No stability established and now I have a hole in my yard. I expressed frustration at the time, but was ignored. As his associates prepared to leave, they said they only needed to install the grills for ductwork the following morning. Illya went so far as to call (with great urgency about the cost of the equipment installed) and insist I pay the full amount at that time before the job was complete. I argued for over five minutes that I would pay the following day after the job was done. He became more insistent to the point of offering to leave collateral because they desperately needed the payment right then. I made a mistake and caved in. I even expressed to him they many people have done this before and have left incomplete work. He asserted that no such thing would happen with him and his company. Now, I paid in full for equipment to be installed without optimal conditions, and I am not satisfied at all. The heater switches on every few minutes and auxiliary strip is active with only one degree of difference. The thermostat is central in an 812 square foot home, and is somehow between 5 to 10 degrees different from every other room. One room was measured at 8 degrees colder and is only 8 feet from the unit. Illya insisted that a 2 ton unit would serve my house best, since a 1.5 ton would only serve 750 square feet, or so. I mentioned this to Sergey, his associate, and was told Illya would be here next week to introduce an electrician to me for further work needed. He said Illya could provide a price for the adjustments I wanted, even though I clearly wanted the adjustments prior to paying the first time. He then explained how I could fix it myself since I was clearly dissatisfied with their work. Since I am now called a liar by the owner, I no longer trust them to provide the corrections I requested before they left my home. I had originally left out the detail that my partner and I had to clean excess insulation out of our yard because it was swept into the grass and mulch off of my sidewalk and I specifically mentioned that my ducks would likely eat it if left. I do not want anything from this company again. I will count my spending as a loss and the experience as a lesson in trusting future businesses that don't demand payments in full before completion. For the record-- I have collected my surveillance footage that shows what was done and not done. I will not be called a liar and allow you to return. I have included his own review of his own company with proof that he and his crew left a mess for my partner and I to clean. Three hours of picking up excess insulation from my yard. The photos he included were taken without my knowledge, though still prove my case.
