Can't say enough about our install of a new HVAC system for our home. Their team was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and organized working area. Right up to keeping the area clean. I’ve had all great experiences with J Donovan AC. All employees have been great to work with. When I’ve had a problem they have come right over to take care of it. All servicemen are so knowledgeable and thorough. I have complete trust in their work. I pay for their yearly contract so I never have to worry about whether they will be available to help if I have a problem.

Big thanks to J Donovan for getting my AC up and running quickly. Tyler quickly assessed the problem and fixed the AC. Thank you for great service. I have found that several big AC companies in the area have been sold to private equity. I do not trust these big corporations to have my best interest at heart. I'll stick with a locally owned company like J Donovan for good service at a fair price.

This was an amazing experience: 1. Jimmy Donovan did a great job in discussing the options in repairing my AC. 2. The very next morning, Jason and his partner arrived and completed repairs promptly. They explained every step in the process and left me with a cool house. I highly recommend this team!

After using the same AC company for almost 35 years, I made the move to J. Donovan. I needed a new unit and my previous company was going to charge a lot more than what J. Donovan charged. Jimmy came out here within a few days, assessed the situation and even tried to talk me out of spending more! (That is a first!!). When the techs came out to do the work, all of them were savvy about what they were doing and kept me informed each step along the way. The most important thing for me is that I need to feel comfortable with "strangers" going in and out of my home and I can say in the 8 hours that they were here, I did not at all feel concern. I have now moved my annual service of all my units to J. Donovan. Their service contract does NOT charge a trip fee for M-F 8am to 5pm as well as discounted off hour fee (which you know if it's going to happen it will happen then).
