Great service!! Came home after work with an emergency repair on my outside condenser unit and George the tech showed up within 45 min and had me up and cooling in 30 minutes! Highly recommend Lloyds heat and air for any job!!

Wayne was very polite and and helped me the moment I called. He sent Jorge, a very skilled and knowledgeable professional the next day at the time I needed. Jorge spent time troubleshooting the issue and checking other components. I highly recommend this company. Great service, Very honest, reasonably priced.

I am ONLY giving 5 stars because of Jorge he was the only person that took the time to handle the issues with my AC like a professional. Multiple issues with the company and the unit itself that was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Hopefully I will not have to deal with this company ever again. But Jorge is an absolute god send and I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness throughout all of my issues. Jorge deserves a raise and recognition for doing the right thing even when the company itself wants to screw over the customer. Thanks Jorge!
