Eldon came out and fixed my air conditioner unit within one hour of calling him. He was professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. I will continue to use his company

The owner, Eldon, is honest and provides quality service. He was able to diagnose and repair a huge problem that a former company I had under contract missed. A rare find in the crowd of contractor scammers here in St Augustine.

Eldon came out and maintenance my AC unit. He is great and very knowledgeable, honest, professional, and does not try to sell you on things like other companies. Masters has my business now.

I called expecting a low rate cleaning. I got a complete cleaning and repair and coating for much more! (I gave 4stars only due to price but they did give me a discount on the original estimate.) I am satisfied, however. I was given explanations and pictures all along the way. I knew we had problems as black dirt was falling from the vents. I found mold and watched as Nick and Leo cleaned. I was given before and after pictures. Was not expecting to spend that much but… You get what you pay for and I don’t like dirt!!

We purchased a new AC unit July 2023. In May 2024 the unit started to not work properly. We had to vacuum the drain pan out 3 to 4 times a day because there was so much condensation. Also the unit was not cooling. After about four service calls to Two seasons DBA Masters heating air we called another company. The new company found out that the coils had a leak and they need to be replaced. This was a week after the one year warranty ran out. We had to pay a service fee and also $800 labor to get the new coils installed. The new company asked us about our warranty and I found out that Two Seasons/Masters didn’t register or registered late and we did not get a 10 year warranty with Rheem. We only got 5 years with Rheem. The Technician/owner gave me a typed paper with our warranty information which states five-year factory warranty and a five year additional warranty per two seasons/masters heat and air but not on Letterhead so it’s worthless. **If these people go out of business, then I end up with only a five year warranty. I have requested a warranty certificate from the Owner/technician twice and have not had a response, as usual. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
