Milt's Air Conditioning & Heating

We recently had no heat on a very cold day. Austin came out within a few hours and got the heat working again, but said he needed to order a couple of parts. A few days later, the parts arrived and Austin returned to remedy the problem. He was pleasant, professional, and very competent. Our HVAC is under warranty and Austin repaired the system at no charge to us. It was a good experience and we would definitely want Austin to return if we have any additional issues with our system.

We have used Milt’s multiple times now and their customer service is top notch. They were able to repair our unit instead of pushing for a replacement like other companies did and when our unit finally gave out they gave us a fair price out the door and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable until they were able to get our new unit installed.

We had a mini-split replaced by Milts today. What a great experience. The team clearly knew what they were doing, they were neat and clean, they finished in three hours (and we had been told it might take most of the day) and therefore it was also less expensive. I always appreciate the estimate being higher than the actual, and not the other way around. We went with Daikin based on the positive reviews and are so happy with the system. The team was very easy to work with and we highly recommend them for any AC installation, replacement, or support.

After our heat pump quit working and the system was old and had started giving us other troubles, we decided to go ahead and replace it. Sean came over and explained some options. Once we decided on the HVAC system we wanted, the installation was scheduled in just a couple of days. The technicians Jackson and Chad were efficient and professional during the installation process and the unit is performing well.
