Freddy and his crew at Mr. T’s just finished a huge job, redoing original ductwork from 1980, installing new unit, plus so much more and we could not be happier. To say these guys are hard workers is an understatement. They take great pride in their work, offering clear communication from start to finish and always cleaning up at the end of each day. Our new system is now up and running and our house is COLD! We are forever grateful for the hours of hard work and dedication the Mr. T’s team put into our home. Don’t recommend anyone BUT Mr. T’s!!

Outstanding Service! The company that originally installed my unit said it would be six weeks before they could send someone out. Thankfully, the crew at Mr. T’s came to the rescue—they were out the same day! They quickly diagnosed and repaired a refrigerant leak and had my system up and running in no time. Fast, professional, and reliable—I highly recommend them!

We had an issue with our inside unit. I called Angela at Mr. T's and she had a A/C Technician out that afternoon. His name was William and he did a great job taking care of our problems. I am the reviewer referenced here and I stand by my experience. I contacted this company as a prospective customer and spoke with a woman who was dismissive, unprofessional, and had a noticeably hostile tone from the beginning of the call. I was not seeking free advice, therapy, or an argument—simply basic information and professional communication. Instead, the interaction made it clear that my business was not valued. I ended the call politely once it became apparent the conversation was going nowhere. The claim that this interaction “cannot be identified” does not negate the experience. A customer does not need to become a paying client or provide private call logs in order to leave an honest review about how they were treated during an initial inquiry. First impressions matter. If a company cannot maintain professionalism with potential customers, it raises valid concerns about how they handle actual service issues. Based on this interaction alone, I would not recommend this business.
