Called Pro-Tech on a Sunday morning and was quickly responded to after leaving a voicemail. The young woman on the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable and put on the schedule for Monday morning. John the owner came to the house and was able to assess the situation with what little information I had for him and he was able to quickly resolve the issue. Always fairly priced and more importantly always honest and willing to explain everything in a way I can understand it, wouldn't rather give my money to any other business.

John Houle was professional, kind, and quick! He had me up and running within 30 minutes, and the prices for parts and services were beyond reasonable!
