We had Ryan Heating and Air do our HVAC on a new build. Our house is unique and had some challenges that they dealt with with absolutely no complaints and efficiently. I heartedly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning service.

Over the years, anyone living in Florida ends up dealing with AC installs, replacements, service, and repairs. Jimbo, the owner, and his team at Ryan Heating and Air are by far the best I’ve worked with. While some companies push for full system replacements the moment something fails, these guys take the time to diagnose the issue and fix only what’s necessary, no hard sell on extras you don’t need. I just had my annual service done, and Luke arrived right on time. He performed a thorough cleaning and inspection of both the inside air handler and the outside condenser unit they installed for me last year, when I also had the ducts professionally cleaned by them. Everything is running great. They’re local to St. Augustine, dependable, and always there when you need them. Personally, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Highly recommended.
