So very impressed with the owner and technician! From start to finish our experience was top notch! Randi and Lindsey were both polite and professional and Lindsey did a great job cleaning our carpets which are old! So thankful for the result! Highly recommend!!

New Year’s Eve 8am emergency call for flooding in my apartment. Lindsey came promptly to assess the damages. He was so kind and thoughtful in my time of uncertainty. He removed all that was wet and damaged and removed every drop of water he could. Machines and fans were left to do the rest. These guys know what they are doing. Polite, efficient and caring. Service Master arrived on time, did a thorough and excellent job of carpet cleaning and then followed up by removing lint build up in our dryer ductwork. The technician was pleasant and conversational the entire time. It's always nice to conduct business with a trustworthy company!!!

They stepped in quickly and helped get everything back to a livable state during a stressful situation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Not only was it quick and easy to set an appointment, but the customer service was above and beyond! Lindsey did an extraordinary job and was an absolute sweetheart! My carpets come out almost brand new! I couldn't believe the difference!
