From start to finish I had a great experience. TJ came out to my house to give me a quote on a new HVAC system and was great. David and Andrew came out and installed our new unit. They were professional, polite, on time, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. The new system looks and sounds great.

Robert from Southern Air was on time and ready to work. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient but also paid attention to every detail of the job. Any questions I had were answered and expertly explained. It is comforting to know you can still get work done right.

Justin was pleasant as usual and cleaned my A/C inside and outdoors. He always removes wrappers from filters and takes dirty filter with him. He is careful of my floor and furniture. Thanks Justin

Very professional and kind. Sucks that we need a new unit and it's going to cost 10k. Had over half a million dollars in hospital bills and my credit isn't great. Denied for the loan even with 5k down. Southern Air was great however.
