We have used Action AC for many years for our home and just added our business. We knew our AC unit in our home was coming to the end of its life and one day this week it started acting up. We called for a service appointment and someone was sent out very quickly on the same day to assess it. Terry came out and did a very thorough job and guided us through the decision on which AC unit would be best and quickly worked with the office to set up an installation date after the weekend. Today we had the unit installed and the techs- Riley, Logan and Avery- were prompt and courteous. They took the time to explain what we needed to know and cleaned up the job site nicely. They worked hard and finished by the afternoon and it was a pleasure to have them help us. I highly recommend Action Heating and Air conditioning in St. Augustine, FL.

The Action team, Anthony, Avery, Justin, Logan & Randell, was fantastic! They were here bright & early & got right to work dismantling & replacing my 20 yr. old hvac unit with a new beauty. They completed the installation by early afternoon & our chilly house is now nice & toasty. Each member of the team was professional, knowledgeable & polite. They took care working in the house & cleaned up after the job. I have also called them for repairs previously & I really appreciate their same-day service. I highly recommend Action for any hvac needs!

Riley, Logan and Randell installed a brand new system for us. They provided white glove service! They were respectful, professional, smart and cleaned up after themselves. They’re a terrific team. We are very happy. The warranty offer is excellent and we were looking for a company that we could have a continuing relationship with. Mike, the owner, took the time to come out before and after the job was complete. We highly recommend.

The A team of Riley, Logan and Avery did a great job relocating our condenser unit prior to a backyard renovation. They were very detail oriented, taking off their shoes before entering our home and even swept the little dirt they tracked onto the driveway!

I recently had Sam from Action Air Conditioning Inc. perform the bi-annual service on my AC unit. He did an excellent job thoroughly inspecting, testing, and cleaning all components. During the service, he identified an issue with a capacitor and clearly explained the problem and its potential impact. I chose to have it replaced—better safe than sorry. Action Air Conditioning has consistently done a great job maintaining my older AC system. I also appreciate that the receipt includes photos of the components tested along with the results. Overall, this is an excellent company with top-notch employees. Highly recommended.
