when i got home in the afternoon, i realized my furnace wasn’t working. i checked the yellow pages and called for help. thomas answered the phone and was very polite, making sure i understood the service rates up front. he said kyle could come by later that same day to figure out what was wrong. kyle arrived right on time, was friendly, and explained every part of the inspection as he went along. he quickly found out that my control panel had stopped working and needed to be replaced. kyle let me know my options and explained everything clearly. he ordered the part and promised to come back soon. the next day, kyle returned and installed the new control panel and even replaced my thermostat. now my furnace is working great! i really appreciate how quickly they responded and how they took the time to explain what went wrong. even though it was after normal business hours, they made sure my system was fixed as soon as possible. living in jacksonville beach, having a working furnace isn’t always the top concern in florida’s heat, but it’s good to know this team is fast, friendly, and honest. their prices were fair and the service was excellent. i’ll definitely have them back soon to check on my ac unit as well. highly recommended!

My monthly cooling bill dropped from $190 to $80, so the new AC will pay for itself in no time. A few weeks after installation, my old furnace (about 20 years old) stopped heating. Seth came out the very next day, quickly replaced a faulty valve using a part he had on hand, and got the heat working again for $300. It ran fine for a couple of weeks, but then there was a problem with the control board because of condensation affecting a switch. Seth explained the issue and let me know a new board would cost around $400. He recommended upgrading the furnace, and he even deducted the $300 I’d just spent from the total price.
