Amazing difference, thanks to “Stafford Services.” Love how much quieter and efficient this unit is. Josh Stafford, who was recommended by a friend a year ago, came for first time service call 12/29/25 for outside fan issue on my 30 yo unit. He was very helpful and I already knew my system was on borrowed time. After hearing his honest and thorough assessment, I decided to get a new complete install for 12/31/25. One of his techs, Sam, did most of the install. He was as professional and easy to communicate with as Josh. What nice men! As an HVAC EVAL…Honest, transparent, efficient and easy transition from ancient to brand new. This is the one to call. Update: 01/09/26- There was a louder than normal noice from blower at shut down. Dakota found and fixed the issue! I couldn’t be happier with the “after the sale” prompt and courteous service!!!

AC unit went out a few days before the holidays. Another company quoted unit & hookup. Don w/ Stafford Services was recommended... I found Don to be upfront & honest estimate on your HVAC needs. Definitely on point knowledge, minute details in how ducts & hookup was done. Showed me issues verses just telling me... Quite worth & happy with Stafford Services... TY

Josh, Dakota and the team are true professionals. Arrived on time to rip out old and install my new heat pump. They are very knowledgeable in their trade and were able to answer all my questions. Their customer service and attitudes were impeccable. I felt extremely comfortable through the entire process. They also did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves once the work was all done. Great workmanship at an extremely reasonable price. You guys have yourselves another customer for life. I highly recommend Stafford Services for your AC needs!!!

Josh and his guys do a great job and are very reasonably priced. Always goes above and beyond to get everything taken care of as soon as possible. He does not nickel and dime you for small things and has not even charged for small jobs before!! I’m a property manager and use him for all my ac needs and he’s always there that day taking care of it!! I would give him 10 stars if I could!!

Quality work received and very knowledgeable in their trade. We had our system fully serviced with coils, drain line, and filter cleaned. I was willing to pay for duct cleaning and he was honest with is that they weren’t in need yet. They ran new ducts for us for our kitchen remodeled and added returns in each of our bedrooms so that our home was updated to current standards. They moved our main returns up to the attic and removed all old equipment from under the home and disposed of it. He recommended a metal box under our unit instead of the old wooden one. I was very impressed with all of the work, timeliness, knowledge, honesty and price. Josh came highly recommend from a friend and he did not disappoint. Customers for life!
