Honest, Hard working and very reasonably priced. We just moved to Jacksonville and called them to come service and clean our units. Ryan is just one of the nicest humans ever.His crew worked efficiently and Ryan explained everything we needed to know about the units at our new home. My husband and I make a big effort to only support small businesses and it is people like Ryan and his team that validate why we make this choice. So grateful we found them.

My air went out and I saw Tanner and Tanner recommended by many people in a mom’s group. I left a message on a Thursday evening. They contacted me quickly and set up an appointment for the next morning. He arrived right on time and was knowledgeable. Even though he could have said I needed a new unit and made a big sale as mine is near the end of its lifetime, he didn’t. He said it was the capacitor, fixed it and had my house cooling in a jiffy. AND at a very reasonable cost. They now have a customer for life, and when I do have to get a new one I will be calling them.

They were highly recommended by one of my clients. Ryan is very honest with whatever is needed to be done with your AC. Ours finally gave in after 16 years. Ryan came to our house which far away from the beaches area the next day after I initially contacted him. He wanted to come that same day but we weren’t available. He also gave his assessment free of charge. They are a four-man team, that gets the job done. His assistants came to the house, very respectful, took time to take off their shoes etc. After the installation, we had some issues and they ended up coming back at least thrice to fix things. Ryan was very upfront with what’s going on and said to always update him if anything changes. Before deciding, I called at least 4 companies. But Ryan stood out because he comes across as very genuine, treats you like family. The prices that they offer are very reasonable. Very responsive, even if it’s already off hours. Locally owned and has been around for more than 20 years.

Tanner and Tanner were recommended to me by my daughter Kristin. Although I called at 5:30 pm they answered and made an appointment for the next day. Ryan was prompt and replaced the capacitor. My a/c is about 9 years old and I was happy to be told it is doing ok.

Tanner and Tanner is my new HVAC service company. Ryan is super knowledgeable on HVAC systems and was able to repair and recharge my system without needing an expensive replacement. He gave me multiple options and was straightforward with me on how to move forward. He was pleasant to deal with, and I know that if I need service in the future, I've got an honest company call on.
